We're a remote-first team and hire within a limited time zone range so we can collaborate well. We can only consider candidates based in (or able to relocate to) these regions. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
Our main collaboration window is 10pm–3am UTC on your local weekdays (e.g. 6–11pm EDT / 3–8pm PDT / 8am–1pm AEST). You don't need to work those hours every day, but you should generally be available for meetings when needed.
Collaboration hours are a general rule of thumb, not a hard requirement. We understand that you may have some non-work needs (e.g. caregiver responsibilities, recovering from illness, personal emergencies) on certain days. As long as you communicate with your team and manager and are generally available during collaboration hours, that works for us 🙂.
