Harmony Intelligence Pty Ltd provides AI-powered security testing. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Harmony Intelligence.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit harmonyintelligence.com, contact us, or sign up as a customer.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the site and keep a record of agreements.

4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own data protection terms. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
These include providers of:
- website hosting
- databases and business productivity tools
- email and internal team messaging
- website analytics
We may also share information with our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
5. International transfers
Our team and service providers are located in several countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be handled outside your country.
Where we transfer personal information out of the EU, UK or Australia, we use the safeguards required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations. For example, we keep records of agreements for as long as we may need to show what was agreed.
When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- delete it, unless we need to keep it (for example, a record of an agreement)
- restrict or object to how we use it
- give you a copy in a portable format

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to your local regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the UK ICO, or your EU data protection authority.
9. Customer code and data
This policy does not cover source code, systems or data that customers give us access to for security testing. That is governed by our Terms or the customer's agreement with us. In that role we act on the customer's instructions, and the customer remains responsible for any personal information within it.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
